Booking process Social Media
We do contracts. Once you're ready to book us for your amazing wedding or event, we will draft a contract and email it to you. After it's signed and we receive 50% retainer, hooray! Your booking is confirmed.
Yes, apart from signing contract, we do require 50% non-refundable retainer to confirm your booking. This enables us to hold the date for your special day.
Mostly, yes, but please check with us as soon as you decide a change of date. If the new date is in the same calendar year, it's not a special holiday or around holiday like Christmas, Thanksgiving etc and we are available then most likely we will honor change of date request.
We use cloud platform to upload all files and send you a link to download all the deliverables.
We work with only digital media. E.g All photos will be clicked and delivered digitally.
On average we take about 20 to 30 days to finish editing and upload all deliverables. In some rare scenarios it may take longer than anticipated.
After we upload all final deliverables, you have 10 days to download all files. After which we permanently delete all files from the cloud and our local storage.
We do not charge a travel fee for our Platinum, Platinum+, Sapphire, Sapphire+ specials and our regular hourly rates. This is just a rough estimate. Travel fee depends on a lot of different factors, please contact us for more information.
We keep changing our specials all the time. Like a special? Book now before it's gone.
For any additional hours we will charge our regular hourly rate. Not sure how many hours to book? Having few additional hours than anticipated always leave room for things like running late and getting those beautiful shots that wouldn't have been possible otherwise.
Yes, Las Vegas Films LLC owns all copyrights in its entirety. We will release copyrights to you for personal use, unlimited printing for personal use and uploading to social media (non-commercial).
Yes, we do sell full copyrights, please contact us to get a quote.
Yes, we do this to showcase our work. The first question we always hear from a potential client is: "can we see your work?". Don't worry, this is negotiable for a small fee.
